My message yesterday was about Samson. Samson was set apart by God before his birth to be a deliverer for Israel but he never realized his potential. He lived nearly 100% for himself. In this way he differed from Jesus who was also set apart for God but excelled in serving God (rather than himself) and who truly delivered God's people.
The key point of the sermon was this: Samson was a strong man but it doesn't matter how strong you are if you don't finish strong (he didn't). We need to set aside our personal idols in order to be set apart for God. You can also download a four-page handout that accompanied yesterday's sermon here.
