Update: Sermon MP3 added on 3/15/2010 Too often, church relationships contain conflict. Paul teaches us in Philippians 2:1-11 how to overcome our differences and live like Jesus by working for oneness with one another, looking to others' interests first, and becoming obedient through service. Review the sermon outline and slides ahead of Sunday's worship service to begin thinking about how you can develop the mind of Jesus in your own life. It looks like a good sermon that I am going to miss, I have to sing this Sunday. I hope to get the CD - I love Phillipians - I am sorry to miss it. I would say when we are in service to another, and we are truly working in God's love, and love for each other, it is not hard, but rather enjoyable; working to a common goal for the common good is always wonderful. I am always impressed by America during World War II about how everyone sacrificed, the soldiers on the field, the workers back home working around the clock and not having the History Channel to know they would win in the end. What a legacy. I am sure Canada was probably doing the same thing, am I right? Best regards, Nancy Vale
